Bourne Board of Health approves two septic variances; continues third case. The board unanimously approved variance requests from Anthony Digiandomenico for a one-bedroom accessory dwelling unit at 7A Back River Road and from 210 Clipper Road LLC for interior renovations. Vice Chair Margaret Reali moved to continue Nine Sunny Acres LLC's request at 821 Shore Road until February 25 pending Conservation Commission action.
The Shore Road application involved 89 and 99-foot setback waivers near the Coastal Bank; Vice Chair Reali requested pressure distribution and deed restrictions to protect the sensitive site.
