Bourne Conservation Commission Approves Two Coastal Permits

Bourne Conservation Commission approved two coastal construction permits.

Conservation Commission · Meeting of March 19, 2026

Bourne Conservation Commission approved two coastal construction permits. Lindahl Realty Trust's project at 23F Hideaway Road and Aaron A. Harsh's project at 12 Quamhasset Road both received Orders of Conditions requiring native plantings, watercraft storage restrictions, and salt marsh vegetation protections.

Commission member Susan J. Weston recused herself from the first decision. The Commission extended an aquaculture permit and continued hearings on two bridge replacement projects to April 16.

In a separate matter, the Commission declined to issue a Compliance Certificate for a Pocasset coastal project, citing non-compliance with original conditions and Division of Marine Fisheries requirements.
