Bourne Planning Board approves two major site plan applications.

Bourne Planning Board unanimously approves two major commercial site plans. Chair John Duggan oversaw approval of a solar photovoltaic canopy and battery storage system at 170 Clay Pond Road, represented by Nathan Collins of Next Grid Holdings LLC, with capacity just under 1,100 kilowatts DC and two steel carports. A second unanimous vote approved the Falmouth Toyota property modification at 280 MacArthur Boulevard, represented by Don Bracken, authorizing a 9,936 square foot auto-detailing facility on a combined lot.

Both approvals included conditions requiring Fire Department sign-off on swept path analysis, landscape plan adjustments, and infrastructure improvements.
