BOURNE — The ISWM Building Committee approved $1,060,283.70 in invoices for ongoing construction. Chair Asa Mintz led the committee in unanimous votes on three invoices from Pomroy Associates ($10,680 and $35,282.40) and Page Building and Construction ($1,014,321.30). The Office and Maintenance Garage construction advanced with concrete foundation work; the building permit was issued June 30 and Geotechnical Consultants, Inc. was conducting soil and concrete inspections.
The Waste Management Facility project continued through design and permitting with an updated cost estimate due by month-end and an Antidegradation Certification application being prepared for submission.
