Bourne's ISWM Building Committee advanced two major municipal construction projects through the design phase. The Building Committee unanimously approved two invoices totaling $65,247.50 for the Office and Maintenance Garage and Waste Management Facility projects. Chairman Asa Mintz confirmed both invoices were in line with contract terms.

The Office and Maintenance Garage project, which had received 35 RFIs in preconstruction, was scheduled for sub-bidding on February 19 and general contractor bidding on February 5. The Waste Management Facility project held a successful kickoff meeting with engineering firm Weston & Sampson and was expected to go to bid by December 2026. The committee also discussed project boundaries, insurance, and builder's risk considerations for the two abutting projects.
