Historical Commission · Meeting of April 28, 2026

Bourne Historical Commission approves demolition delay waiver unanimously. Vice Chair Steven Philbrick led the April 28 hearing on the circa 1949 dwelling at 73 Lewis Point Road after Chair Neil F. Langille's absence.

Property owner Joseph Povoas stated the unmaintained house is obscured from view and that he and his wife plan demolition, foundation removal, and landscaping without replacing the structure. Members Deborah M. Burgess, Donald J.
