Bourne Conservation Commission approves house renovation on coastal property. The Conservation Commission voted 6-0-0 to approve an Order of Conditions for a renovation at 160 Jefferson Road in Gray Gables, including second story dormers and entryway reconstruction within 100 feet of an armored coastal bank. Applicant William Donovan's project requires work within coastal storm flowage; Conservation Agent Stephanie Fitch reported no concerns.

The Commission also issued a Certificate of Compliance with an enforcement order for 34 Baxendale Road, addressing salt marsh damage from float storage, with a directive for specialist evaluation and potential restoration.
