Bourne Conservation Commission approved design conditions for new Shore Road house project. The Commission voted unanimously to approve an Order of Conditions for Nine Sunny Acres LLC's single-family house at 821 Shore Road in Pocasset, requiring design modifications including redesign from ranch to two-story structure, driveway repositioning, and a coastal bank planting bed. Conservation Agent Stephanie Fitch said the changes represent "a huge improvement." The Commission also voted unanimously on two Requests for Determination for septic system work and approved amendments to the Bourne Wetland Regulations.
The Commission additionally voted unanimously to recommend that the Town purchase a Conservation Restriction on 7 acres owned by the Bourne Conservation Trust.
