Conservation Commission approves parking lot and bridge program permits

Bourne Conservation Commission approves permits for parking expansion and bridge work. The commission voted to issue final Orders of Conditions for the Massachusetts Maritime Academy parking lot expansion at 14 Taylor Road in Buzzards Bay and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation's Phase 1 exploratory borings near Nightingale Pond supporting the Cape Cod Bridges replacement project. It also approved a conservation restriction for three parcels through the Bourne Conservation Trust, granted negative determinations for septic repair and sediment sampling, and issued a Certificate of Compliance for prior coastal bank work.

Five residential development projects were continued for further review.
