The 4-0 vote ratified revised plans for Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists at 7 Bourne Bridge Approach, submitted by Geoffrey Roth of Keeper Bay Real Estate. The facility had been presented to the committee on November 3, 2025, with a request for design revisions; the Planning Board approved the underlying site plan on December 11, 2025.
Committee member Liz Brown moved approval, with Christopher Pine seconding.
