Bourne Historical Commission backs $30,000 feasibility study of the Administration Building. The vote passed 6-0, with Chair Neil F. Langille and members Deborah M.

Burgess, Jean Campbell, Donald J. Mahoney, Steven Philbrick, and Judith A. Riordan approving Community Preservation Act funding for the 1840 structure to assess exterior siding, trim replacement, foundation ramp damage, and water intrusion and lead hazards.

The Commission also approved return of $33,677.86 in unused balances from three completed historic CPA projects, discussed implementing standardized completion forms for future grant tracking, and welcomed new member Donald J. Mahoney; the Fire Department Historical Group plans to seek nonprofit status in spring.
