BOURNE — ISWM Building Committee advances office garage to bidding. Chair Asa Mintz and the committee unanimously approved construction documents and prequalifications for 16 general contractors and 97 sub-contractors on January 13th. Bid documents release January 28th with general bids due March 5th at 2 p.m.; construction is targeted for July 21, 2027.
The committee approved a $1,174,763.89 design invoice from HKA and a $1,160,000 proposal from Weston & Sampson for waste management facility design services. Proprietary specifications were approved for fuel monitoring, fire alarm, and security access control systems to match existing town infrastructure.
