BOURNE — ISWM Building Committee unanimously accepts May 18 as Notice to Proceed date for Office and Maintenance Garage. Vice Chair Gregory Siroonian and three members present approved the construction kickoff date and endorsed three invoices totaling $90,063.65, including engineering work from Weston and Sampson and Pomroy Associates. The parallel Waste Management Facility project is on track for schematic design submission May 15, with site suitability review beginning April 29 and a decision expected between October 5 and 12 following an August 18 hearing start.
