BOURNE — ISWM committee approves pre-qualified contractors, moves toward project bidding. The committee unanimously accepted consensus scorecards for 16 general contractors and 97 sub-contractors, advancing the office and maintenance garage project toward construction document bidding. Bid documents will be released January 28 under the revised schedule, with sub-bids due February 19 and general bids due March 5; construction is tentatively scheduled to complete July 21, 2027.
The committee unanimously approved specifications for proprietary equipment and the construction documents, and approved an HKA invoice for $1,174,763.89 for design services through 2025.
