BOURNE — Planning Board approves fire station site plan with drainage improvements. The board unanimously endorsed a Site Plan Review for the 11,831 square foot Bourne South Side Fire Station at 171 Clay Pond Road after applicant Richard Pomroy and project representative Spencer Lind presented stormwater modifications that reduce peak discharge by 33 percent and cut volume flow in a 100-year storm by two-thirds. In separate votes, the board held Seasonal Communities Designation and Tiny Homes amendments pending further study but advanced Accessory Dwelling Unit language reflecting state Affordable Homes Act changes and Frontage in Downtown District setback flexibility to the May Town Meeting.
