Planning · Meeting of March 12, 2026

BOURNE — Planning Board approves grading permit for Harding Lane subdivision project. The board voted unanimously to grant Special Permit SP #1-2026, allowing clearing and grading of approximately 20,000 square feet of natural cover on a three-lot family-owned property, with tribal notification required as a condition. The board continued review of a definitive subdivision application at 115 Red Brook Harbor Road to April 23rd, citing unresolved questions about the lot's grandfathered status under zoning changes and concerns from board member Coreen V.

Covey that approval could set precedent for similar requests across town.
