BOURNE — Planning Board approves lot combination; Scenic Highway permit withdrawn. The board unanimously approved an Approval Not Required plan to merge 434 Williston Road and 141 Clark Road, Sagamore Beach into one parcel, while accepting the withdrawal of an amended special permit application for a fourth shared driveway at Scenic Highway after members objected to unpermitted construction. The South Side Fire Station site plan review at 171 Clay Pond Road, involving an 11,831 square foot structure, was continued pending Zoning Board of Appeals action on setback relief.
Assistant Town Planner Sean Lewis presented four proposed zoning bylaw amendments for 2026 annual town meeting, including Accessory Dwelling Unit modifications, Tiny House authorization to achieve Seasonal Community designation, Downtown District setback adjustments, and nonconforming affordable lot provisions.
