BOURNE — Planning Board approves occupancy bond and three property applications unanimously. Vice Chair Liz Brown presided as the board cleared a $103,000 performance bond for Chief Cannabis at 10 Canal Street for paving, landscaping, and site work, conditional on Department of Public Works review; the bond timeline runs to July 30, 2026. Unanimously approved were two Approval Not Required subdivision plans involving 17 Hersey Lane and 77 Valley Bars Road, and a lot split at 190 Main Street, plus a waiver allowing parking reduction at the Main Street salon property from three required spots to four provided.
