BOURNE — The Bourne Planning Board unanimously approved two storage expansion projects and property consolidation. Campbells Boat Works received approval for a second 9,980-square-foot storage building at 790 MacArthur Boulevard with dark-sky-compliant lighting, while Rocco Realty's proposal for an additional 1,470 square feet at 18 Foster Howard Road brought that site to 6,470 square feet. The board also consolidated three parcels at 880 Head of the Bay Road, which straddle the Bourne-Plymouth line, after a survey showed the property line was 40 feet off from a 1950 map.
All votes passed 9-0.
