BOURNE — The Bourne Select Board approved a timeline for evaluating the Town Administrator in its May 26 executive session. The Board voted 4-1 to accept a proposal requiring the Town Administrator to submit a performance summary by the end of May and Board members to complete individual evaluations by June 29, 2026, with a June 30 overall deadline covering the review period from February 25, 2025 through March 31, 2026. Chair Melissa Ferretti voted against the motion.
Town Counsel Christopher Brown attended via Zoom. The Board said it would not reconvene in open session but would report the results at a future meeting.
