BOURNE — The South Side Fire Station Building Committee approved two design invoices totaling $66,413.70 on April 28. Saccoccio Associates received $57,793.70 and Pomroy Associates $8,620, both passed unanimously by nine committee members. Christopher George of Pomroy Associates reported that sub-contractor bids were due May 6 and general contractor bids May 20, with the committee set to review them May 26.
The project was ahead of schedule, George said. The committee also approved prior meeting minutes and rescheduled its June meeting to June 30.
