BOURNE — Zoning board elected Pine as chair and approved a nonconforming deck project. The Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved a supportive finding for Heffhut LLC to install a second-story deck at 37 Squeteague Harbor Road in Cataumet. In a 4-0-1 vote, the board elected Chris Pine as the new chair and unanimously elected Joseph Spinale as vice chair, as James Beyer stepped down from the role after eight years.
The board continued a hearing on Olivia Grace LLC's 300-unit multifamily residential development with 25 percent affordable units to October 21.
