Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of July 1, 2026
BOURNE — Zoning Board approved two applications with conditions on July 1. Chairman James Beyer's board voted unanimously to approve demolition and rebuilding of a single-family dwelling with an accessory dwelling unit at 14 Kendrick Lane, Pocasset, conditioned on stormwater confinement and Board of Health septic approval; the property currently violates three zoning requirements but the rebuilt structure will introduce no new non-conformities. The board also unanimously approved a personal kennel license for four dogs at 10 Carl Gardner Road, limited to the four named animals in non-commercial use, with all owners required to be co-applicants.
