BOURNE — Zoning Board of Appeals continues 300-unit housing permit hearing. Chairman James Beyer's board voted unanimously on March 4th to continue the public hearing for Olivia Grace, LLC's 300-unit multi-family development with 25 percent affordable housing on Deerpath Road and Heather Hill Road to March 18th. In a second matter, applicant Scott Farrow withdrew his application for a Cataumet garage addition after revising the proposal to a 24-by-24-foot structure that no longer requires Zoning Board approval; the board voted unanimously to accept the withdrawal without prejudice.
