BOURNE — Zoning Board approves shed variance for Pocasset property owner. The Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved a variance for Bradford Berry to build a 12-by-16-foot shed with a 4-foot setback instead of the required 12 feet at 1245A County Road, Pocasset. Berry cited hardship based on his lot's small size and lack of interior space.
The board approved the application with conditions that the existing shed be demolished and no other sheds be constructed. The board also continued a 300-unit residential development hearing by Olivia Grace, LLC in Bournedale to June 17, and continued an ABCD Trust matter involving a nonconforming foundation on Sandwich Road to July 15.
