Bourne Zoning Board continued review of a 300-unit multifamily development in Bournedale with 25 percent affordable units. Attorney Peter Freeman represented Olivia Grace, LLC on the project proposed for Deerpath and Heather Hill Roads. The board voted unanimously to continue the public hearing to July 15, with staff instructed to resolve concerns with the town Water Department over a booster pump grant sought by the applicant.

The board also unanimously accepted withdrawal without prejudice of a variance request for a 2,800-square-foot detached garage in Pocasset after neighbors objected to its size and appearance.
