Zoning Board continues 300-unit housing development, single-family replacement hearing

Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of March 18, 2026

Bourne Zoning Board continues two applications to May 6. The board voted unanimously to extend the public hearing for a 300-unit mixed-income residential development by Olivia Grace, LLC on Deerpath and Heather Hill roads in Bournedale, with engineer Brandon Carr reporting progress on building setback and elevation revisions while peer reviews and water-system agreements remain outstanding. Christopher Pine, Vice Chair, said he would prepare a draft comprehensive permit for the next session.

The board also continued the hearing on a pre-existing non-conforming single-family replacement at 14 Kendrick Lane, Pocasset, at the applicant's request, to the same date.
