Bourne Zoning Board continued a 300-unit residential development hearing and accepted an application withdrawal. Chairman James Beyer oversaw the board's vote to continue the public hearing for Olivia Grace, LLC's proposed Comprehensive Permit for a 300-unit multi-family residential development with 25 percent affordable units at Deerpath Road in Bournedale through March 18. The board voted to accept without prejudice the withdrawal of Robert Scott Farrow and Elaine A.
