Zoning Board delays two public hearings to early March

Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of February 4, 2026

The board continued application 2025-SP10 from Olivia Grace LLC, a 300-unit multifamily development with 25 percent affordable units in Bournedale, after civil and traffic peer reviewers flagged missing lot consolidation plans, driveway profiles, lighting details, and expanded traffic analysis covering Saturday and school release hours; applicant representative Brandon Carr committed to coordinating written responses from Fire and Water departments and stated the team has completed a hydraulic assessment addressing water pressure.
